The holiday parties are starting and you may be asked to bring a dish of some kind to your next party. Well, I highly recommend my salmon mousse. I love how easy it comes together and it’s absolutely delicious and looks stunning on a silver platter. It’s even better the next day, perhaps make it in advance of a hectic schedule. I am excited to bring this lovely appetizer to the holiday party for the book club that I’m in. The WWW Book Club is a stunning group of beautiful and brilliant woman and it’s always a little daunting to figure out what to bring as all of these woman are very accomplished cooks. There is never a shortage of delicious home-made food. I hope that they like this! Oh and if you want to comment on this or ask a question please do so http://www.frompunktoputtanesca.com
This recipe is adapted from the Barefoot Contessa. She uses dill in her recipe, however I don’t care for it so I omit it, you could use it for garnish if you want to.
